At Bloom Lashes and Head Spa, we hope to please our customers in every way possible. We are devoted to superior customer relations, providing a soothing atmosphere, and are willing to grow our team. We do NOT provide refunds on services.

• Please keep your belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
• Please watch your step and be careful on the wet floor.
• Please inform us of any health conditions before we start your services.
• Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 10 minutes later than your scheduled appointment, we may skip to the next appointment.
